In ancient times factories were built for fish manufacturing. Pasquale Battista opened, in the period immediately after WWII in Cetara, a small laboratory that produced sauces, primarily made with anchovies. Passion and pride allowed Pasquale to run the company up to the nineties, when he passed it on to his sons. Today manufacturing methodology is still completely manual.
